Jeff takes an integrative, depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy informed by existential, relational, and psychodynamic perspectives. He works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and questions of identity and meaning. Jeff strives to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore difficult experiences, recognize patterns that shape their lives and relationships, and deepen their understanding of themselves and others. His approach emphasizes curiosity, authenticity, and the possibility of meaningful long-term change beyond symptom reduction.
Jeff recently completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Counseling Center, where he provided individual and couples psychotherapy and conducted ADHD assessments with college students. His broader clinical experience spans substance use treatment, community mental health, couples therapy, and work with adolescents, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals. He has also facilitated men's and grief support groups. His scholarly work and professional presentations explore existential approaches to psychotherapy, awe, and experiences that challenge our understanding of ourselves and the world. He is also a certified yoga teacher, reflecting his interest in the relationship between mind, body, and lived experience.
